What are the delivery charges?
There is no delivery charges for any of the product bought from our site. There might be instances when the service provider when performing the installation might request for installation charges, which has to be taken care by the customer.
What is the estimated delivery time?
As we say, we will be providing you a delivery timeline ranging from 6 hours to 24 hrs and it entirely depends on the area where the delivery and installation has to be done. The carrier customer care will be calling you and taking the best time to come down to the location and fixing the equipment in the proposed time.
Are there any hidden charges on the products purchased on our site?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our site. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. An additional charge for wire above 10 meters have to be again take care by the customer and has to be paid in cash to the installation team. First 10 meters cable will be provided by us for free.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each service provider?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for service providers sometime. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the dealer/distributor, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. In case of any delays due to unpredictable conditions our customer care will intimate you and we expect the customer to understand the situation and cooperate with us for faster resolution of the issue.
Service Provider does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There is a possibility that the service provider does not install products at few specific locations due to non availability of staff. In this case, you need to contact our customer care and explain them the situation. Based on the case, we will liaison with the service provider for the installation or may refund the deducted amount in 21 business days.
Is the COD option available?
COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment before installation or post installation. But this totally depends on the customer. Customer needs to avail COD option while paying or can contact customer care before selecting COD before placing an order for more details.
Do we deliver internationally?
As of now, we don’t deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
